De Paul College ensures zero tolerance towards sexual harassment through its Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell, which functions as per the regulations of UGC, NAAC, and the Supreme Court of India. The cell is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all members of the college community. We recognize the importance of creating a culture of respect, dignity, and equality, where everyone feels valued and empowered. The cell works proactively to prevent sexual harassment, and promptly addresses any complaints or incidents that may arise. By fostering a culture of mutual respect and inclusivity, we aim to create a harassment-free campus, where everyone can thrive and succeed.
