CENTRE FOR INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH(CIR)

The Centre for Institutional Research has been established to cultivate scientific temper and to promote research activities among the faculty and students. The CIR focuses on

  • Promoting research among students and faculty
  • Providing research exposure at undergraduate/graduate level
  • Conducting Statistical Analysis of the institutional data
  • Enhancing the academic and research performances of the faculty and students
  • Improving the quality of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
  • Conducting program evaluation
  • Organizing and analyzing student profile

 

CENTER IN-CHARGE

SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS

The CIR conducts regular seminars and workshops on research methodology and provides individual guidance to faculty and student researchers on research related topics. It also focuses on helping researchers to write and publish research.

INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT

The CIR undertakes research on data available in the institution. The Centre organizes and analyzes the information available on students, faculty and institutional practices to advance the institution through a data-driven decision making.

RESEARCH GRANTS

The CIR of the college serves as the office for disseminating information on research grants available for the faculty and students.
