SC/ST Committee

The SC/ST Committee at De Paul College is dedicated to promoting the welfare and well-being of students from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities. The committee works to create a supportive and inclusive environment, where students from diverse backgrounds can thrive and reach their full potential. Through various initiatives and programs, the committee aims to address the unique challenges faced by SC/ST students, provide them with opportunities for growth and development, and foster a sense of community and belonging among them. The committee also works closely with college administration to ensure that the needs and concerns of SC/ST students are heard and addressed.

The committee’s initiatives include organizing cultural events and festivals, providing academic support and counseling, facilitating scholarships and financial assistance, and promoting career development and placement opportunities. By promoting the welfare and well-being of SC/ST students, the committee aims to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and equitable society.
