youth red cross

The Youth Red Cross at De Paul is affiliated to the Indian Red Cross Society, a voluntary humanitarian organization having a network of over 1100 branches throughout the country. It prepares college students to provide relief in times of disasters/emergencies and promotes health & care of the vulnerable people and communities. Through its activities, the Youth Red Cross aims to instill values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility among students. The club organizes various events, such as blood donation camps, disaster management training, and community health programs, to engage students in humanitarian work.

The Youth Red Cross at De Paul provides a unique opportunity for students to develop their leadership skills, work in teams, and make a positive impact on society. By participating in the club’s activities, students can gain hands-on experience in disaster management, first aid, and community service.
